Mostly patches with distorted colors or black, only in Wow.. all other games works just fine. Also getting this on an RTX 3070 Ti with latest drivers (527.56). Issue is not confined to older GPUs (GTX 1650 is only 3 years old anyway). It's now a confirmed issue with NVIDIA GPU's running DX12. We are due a fix.
